It’s going to be another great 8 weeks…this is the place to write in and talk about what you are reading/watching/thinking this summer. Prizes will be handed out every Monday starting June 14th…and your book reviews will give you a shot at winning our grand prize-an IPOD NANO! Sweet!
400 posts/comments is a ton-but that’s the challenge for all you bloggers…
Last year I ate a scorpion…the year before I dyed my hair…This year our theme is Express Yourself. So if there are 400 posts I will express myself…by doing hip hop in a lion suit and posting it on youtube. You heard me. Hip hop in a lion suit. Prepare to fall to the ground laughing. I am willing to totally embarrass myself.
HOWEVER 400 is a lot so I MIGHT be spared!!!??

If you want to do the in person program you can get the sheet at the library closest to you. If you want to do the online program here just email your thoughts on your reading to teenblog@wcls.org!

Is that ok that i started to read a book a few days before the 13
and the reviews sill count?
Absolutely okay. I am okay with you posting reviews here even if you read the book in the last month before Summer Reading starts. The only thing I ask is that you don’t go back and review every book you read this year!

are the in person program and online program different, with differenct drawings?
Yeah they are different with different drawings and different prizes. So you can submit to both and you’ll be more likely to win! I just ask that you submit different reviews each place rather than doubling up on the same review!
